Jane
Addams will open in fall 2009 as a K-8 empowering creative and
critical thinkers who nurture themselves, their community and their
environment.
Principal
Deborah Nelsen welcomes you to join in building an exciting new
program focusing on environmental science. In addition to a rigorous
academic program, the new school will offer Spectrum for gifted
students, bilingual services for English Language Learners (ELL),
special education services and visual art opportunities. On-site
before- and after-school childcare will be provided by the Pinehurst
Child Care Center. There
will be opportunities this summer for families to meet
and plan together as we grow into an exciting new school community.
Welcome
