Order Form for Seniors Yearbook Ad
Now that it is your son/daughter’s senior year you can make them feel special with their own page in the yearbook?
Just fill out this form, determine what you want in the ad, send/bring in your pictures, copy, and check/money March 9th; and we’ll put it in the yearbook!
1. Choose full ($200), half ($150) or quarter ($75) page. For full or half pages you must select one of the templates (A , B or C).
2. You need to select your pictures carefully, i.e. school appropriate (No nudity, no drugs, no gang signs, etc.).
3. Then you need to write your copy, which is the part on your ad that has words, anything you want again, shout-outs, poems, lyrics, etc.
