Order Form for Friends Yearbook Ad

 

Have you ever wanted to have you and your friends in the year book with your own page with your own pictures?

WELL NOW YOU CAN!!!

Just fill out this form, determine what you want in the ad, send/bring in your pictures, copy, and check/money by March 9th; and we’ll put it in the yearbook!

1. Choose half ($150) or quarter ($75) page


2. You need to select your pictures carefully, i.e. school appropriate (No nudity, no drugs, no gang signs, etc.).

3. Then you need to write your copy, which is the part on your ad that has words, anything you want again, shout-outs, poems, lyrics, etc.
