A few tips to help keep you healthy:

- Thoroughly wash your hands throughout the day, especially before
touching your face or eyes.
- Cover your mouth when you sneeze or cough.
- Get plenty of sleep, good nutrition and exercise to boost your
immune system.
- If you feel sick, stay home-if you have flu symptoms, call your
health care provider.
- If you have a compromised immune system, stay out of highly
populated locations.

My name is Pam Rago and this is my fifth year at Highland Park as your
Family Support Worker. As a Family Support
Worker, my goal is to strengthen our students’ academic success by working
together with parents, school staff, and community members.
