Vietnamese Celebrations was produced with the special support of the Washington State Arts Commission Arts in Education Program, the Mayor's Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs Out-of-School-Time Youth Arts Program,the YMCA of Greater Seattle, Seattle's Family and Education Levy, the Seattle School District's Family Partnerships Program, the City of Seattle Parks and Recreation. the National Endowment for the Arts, and individual contributors.
The writer in residence was Nhien Nguyen, audio engineers were Moe Provencher and Scott Bartlett, and theater artists Amy Broomhall and Anita Montgomery. Thanks to are invaluable partners Hamilton International Education Director Sue Ranney, and Instructional Assistant Thuy Ho. We are also indebted to those who allowed themselves to be interviewed as part of the project. Jack Straw's Education Manager is Kim Banet, the curriculum specialist is Danielle Eidenberg-Noppe, and the Executive Director is Joan Rabinowitz. Jack Straw Productions is the northwest's only non-profit audio arts center, dedicated to the creation, production, and presentation of all forms of audio art.
