Our Sister School in Nepal

In June 2002, Hamilton International Middle School (HIMS) announced it's plans to establish a new sister school relationship with the Kavresthali school in Nepal. HIMS established this sister school program by partnering with Room to Read, an organization providing education to under-privileged children. In addition, a grant from the National Geographic Education Foundation and a K-12 Innovation Grant from Macromedia provided support for this endeavor.

Our introductions		In the fall, Room to Read volunteers hand-carried disposable cameras and our introductions. Here is a sample of our introductions.
Comparing cultures		When we got the pictures back from Nepal, we could compare their culture to ours.
