Once when I was young, I went to my favorite uncle’s wedding. At that time, I didn’t really know the meaning of a wedding, and I just thought it was a boring event, but because my uncle invited me to go, I went.
On that day, everyone seemed very busy. They walked back and forth. I sat on the sofa and thought about love. Why do people fall in love? Why people say love can bring you to another world? And if it does, why people die for love? I was so confused about love, but when I saw my uncle at the church, waiting for the bride, I saw how excited he was and how he had hoped and waited for this beautiful day to come. At that moment, I finally knew what love really means. I have the answers to my questions about love. I knew how great it is to have a person who will take care of you, be concern about you, and share happiness with you.
When finally the bride came out, everyone was dumbfounded, including me. I finally agreed with that, the most beautiful time for people is the day they get married. At that time, my aunt walked slowly to my uncle, my uncle was so glad and happy to have a wife that was nice and pretty. After they say the promises to each other and traded the ring, everybody grabbed their hands. Then we left the church to take pictures.
After the ceremony, we went to the restaurant to have the wedding reception. It is a tradition for my uncle and my aunt to go around and say thank you to everyone. When I went home that evening, I fell asleep thinking about how beautiful love is and how happy my uncle and aunt now are.
