The
summer breeze was warm. Children were laughing and chatting at the school. I
wonder why they're so happy. Then, my teacher announced that we are going to
have a celebration because it is Children's Day. Oh, how I remember it was June
1st. Then the celebration started.
I could smell the aroma of the sweet candies. Then the radio was playing. It has a fast rhythm. I noticed that some students were dancing to the music. There are multiple colors of dresses, just like the colors of the rainbow. They way they dance was like the moment of the snake, wiggling their flexible bodies.
Then I heard a yell from upstairs. There wer games and prizes. The rule was if you win the games you get candies. Then I joined my friend too. Finally, I got a small watermelong flavored candy. Then I started to chew the candy. It was sweet, chewy and it was like cotton candy. It melted as you put it in your mouth.
At last everyone started getting their stuff because school was out. When I got home my mom cooked me some of my favorite foods because it was Children's Day.
