| School Hours: | School hours are from 7:45 A.M. until 2:15 P.M. Classrooms are open at 7:30 A.M. All students are to leave the building directly at 2:15 unless participating in an after-school program that day. The bell schedule shows lunch and class times. |
| Main Office: | Office hours are from 7:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. The phone number for the main office is (206) 252-5810. Each classroom has a telephone number that can be dialed directly. |
| Transportation: | Transportation assignments are made by the Transportation Office. Direct transportation questions to 252-0900. Students riding the buses must board immediately after school. Although we allow extra time on the first few days of school, buses generally leave promptly at 2:25 P.M. |
| Attendance Office: | Attendance office hours are 7:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. Parents should call the Attendance Office directly at 252-5814 if your student will be absent or late. |

| Start of School Packets: | Start of School Packets will be distributed to all students the first week of school. These packets contain important information about the school year and forms that need to be filled out and returned. |
| Backpacks and Coats: | Students will be allowed to use their backpacks to transport their materials to and from school. They will NOT be allowed to use their backpacks to carry their materials to and from their classes. Backpacks, athletic bags and purses are to remain in students' lockers during the school day. |
| Locker Assignments: | Locker assignments will be made through homerooms during the first few days of school. Every student will have his or her own locker. It is very important that no one else uses or knows a locker combination other than his/her own. |
| Fragrances: | We have a no-fragrance policy at our school because many people get very sick when they are around perfume or cologne. Starting with the very first day of school, students need to remember this rule: Bringing or wearing perfume or cologne is against Hamilton rules, so students need to leave all these items at home! |
| School Supplies: | Students are expected to have their school supplies with them every day. |
