Minutes for the April 24, 2007 Senate Meeting
Meeting called to order at 3:18 pm by April Lindner, chair.
No minutes to approve from last meeting.

Business:
“Proposal for reading” tabled until May 8 meeting in order to get more information from student constituents.
Though a proposal is not yet in written form, the gist of the measure will deal with length of reading time, purpose for the time, and what can be done to make the time productive for all.
On May 8 please bring comments collected from students and staff.
New
Business:
Draft proposal for final exam schedule (for Spring 2007) submitted for consideration by Sarah Brown, World Language Department Representative.
An updated copy is to be sent via e-mail from her.
