What is Scholarly Responsibility?

 

á        It makes up 10% of your grade in all three IS classes

 

á        It is determined by your teachers (and sometimes by YOU) at least once per quarter

 

á        It is based on your performance in the following categories:


oAttendance

oRespectand Responsibility

oActiveLearning

oCooperativeLearning

 

Attendance = on time and ready BEFORE bellrings, minimizes absences, makes up work in a timely fashion

 

Respect = comes prepared, listens toothers, stays on task, uses appropriate language, follows instructions

 

Active Learning = participates in discussions, putsforth best effort always, asks questions, seeks help when needed

 

Cooperative Learning = willingly works with ANYclassmate, does appropriate share of work, encourages others, solves conflictsdiplomatically
