EPIDEMIC GROUP PROJECT - 2008


Basic Overview:

The Essential Question for this unit is “What happens when a system is changed?”  Each student group will analyze one epidemic that occurred in the past or is occurring today.  The causes and effects of the epidemic will be considered.  The causes and effects should fall into these four categories:  Political, Economic, Social/Cultural and Technical.    Students may use this diagram as a guide:



Each student group will design a "puzzle poster" and a presentation.  Each individual student will be responsible for one of the four above categories for each of these two activities..
