 Our
class is addressing the Latin America Project in three different ways,
the Mural, the video and various performances. Below is an overview of
the 3 topics as well as links to pages containing more detailed
descriptions.
 Our
Theme is the comparison between utopian communism vs. dystopian
communism in Latin America.
 Our
mural is painted of theme "Ideal Communism vs. Today's Communism".
In this painting the group made a half and half mural where they are
making the viewer compare the two worlds by having them side by side.
On the left there is a world of excelent education, money and equality,
the utopian communist society. On the right is the world of today's
communism with poor people, war and death and no equality among the
masses. The sun in the middle is the even ground between the two worlds
where its lively and gives life on one side and makes death on the
other.
