I graduated from The
Evergreen State College with my Masters degree in Teaching in June of 2001.
Since then, I have worked as a substitute teacher in many schools in Seattle
and Mercer Island. I took over a leave replacement for a teacher/new mother in
a 3rd grade class. Between this class one of my student teachings and several
of my favorite substitute teaching jobs, I have a fair amount of experience
working with Experiential Learning. I have seen some of the best teachers do
their thing in this school as well and others. I learn from them, my students
and of course, my experiences. I am working toward being the best teacher
possible. Every day I get better.
