The Building Leadership Team (BLT) is a site-based advisory body made up of staff and parents. The BLT is responsible for overseeing a collaborative decision-making process for development of the building's Academic Achievement Plan, a school-wide professional development plan, and the site-based budget. The former Site Council has been incorporated into the BLT. BLT meetings take place before school and are open to any interested parents.
