The USDA Forest Service and the National Parks Service provide field trip opportunities that take our students to old growth forests and habitats similar to those on our school grounds. In partnership with the North Cascades Institute, the Forest Service also sponsors a three-day Mountain School, which all fifth grade students have the opportunity to attend each year.
