It is also our expectatiothat students learn a fair amount about the environment and whales specificallly.

Participants:
50 students from grades 9-12: all are welcome!

Students and approximately 16 staff members all depart Chief Sealth the Friday of the weekend around 1:30PM. We drive to Aberdeen for a brief dinner stop before heading to Twin Harbors to set up the campsite that will be home for the next two days and two nights. The rest of our meals are either cooked over an open flame or prepared by the students themselves.
