School Breakfast and Lunch
District Lunch Menu
Students may bring their own lunch from home, or the school cafeteria offers breakfast and lunch each day. Lunches cost $1.75 and children may pay with either cash or check. (Some students may qualify for free or reduced cost meals. To find out, fill out the application form mailed home at the beginning of the school year, or pickup a form in the school office.)
Alki gives each child a lunchroom account with a unique PIN (Personal Identification Number). Your child can pay on a meal-by-meal basis, or you may pay a lump sum into their lunchroom account in advance. To use the pre-paid lunchroom account, your child simply enters their unique PIN during checkout. When your child's account is getting low in funds, the Cafeteria Manager will give your child a reminder note to bring home.
Checks should be made out to Nutrition Services and can be sent to school with your child, or given directly to the Cafeteria Manager, Dianne (aka, the “Lunch Lady”).
Alternately, you can use www.paypams.com online to pre-pay your child’s cafeteria account.
