What is National Scrip? Gift cards to national retailers like Gap, Barnes & Noble, Land’s End, Amazon.com, Crate and Barrel, Starbucks, Jamba Juice, itunes, etc. Just like our regular scrip, you pay face value but the school buys it at a discount--the difference is our profit! Order these cards for your own personal shopping or to give as gifts for the holidays, birthdays, thank you gifts to coaches or teachers. Ask grandparents, neighbors or co-workers if they’d like to order cards for their own shopping or gift giving!

Orders will be submitted about once a month before the holidays and periodically after that. You’ll be notified of due dates through the newsletter. The first due date is Tuesday, October 20th. Orders will be available about a week after order due date.

Order National Scrip through one of these two options:

1. Fill out the hard copy order form and turn it in with check payment to the envelope labeled "National Scrip Orders" located in your child’s classroom and in the office. Forms are available on the school website or at the scrip table.
2. Complete an online order after creating a family account with ShopWithScrip.com. Our school enrollment code is 4AD4BCD2111L1 and is required to set up your family account. Print up your order confirmation and attach your check payment (and then turn in to the envelope referenced above), or pay via Presto-Pay. Please indicate on your order confirmation how you would like to get your scrip – either pick it up at the scrip table, kidmail or US mail.

How to pay for your scrip order:

Pay by check or cash. OR pay via Presto-Pay available to families ordering via ShopWithScrip.com. Presto-Pay is an electronic debit from your checking or savings account. There is a $0.39 service fee added to your order total. Enroll for Presto-Pay when creating your family account with ShopWithScrip.com. With each order, you can choose whether to pay via Presto-Pay or check.

Advantages of ShopWithScrip.com and ordering online:

• Allows families to securely order scrip, any time of day or night, from any internet-connected computer.
• View the entire listing of merchants available rather than the limited list on the hard copy form. (Especially helpful if you want to shop for retailers not available locally e.g. the grocery gift cards available for purchase for relatives living in Florida.)
• RELOAD your card for Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, Chevron, Exxon, Hollywood Video, Lowe’s and select other retailers.
• Skip writing a check and pay using Presto-Pay, the online order payment system.

Advantages of paying with Presto-Pay:

• You can RELOAD your Starbucks or other select reloadable cards and funds will be available the next business day! (To do this, your order must only include reloading funds and no physical cards that require shipping.)
• For a limited time, our national scrip vendor will give us a $0.25 reduction in shipping costs for every order paid through Presto-Pay.
