Do you have a way with words? An eye for design? A desire to get the word out about AE2/Thornton Creek School? The Publicity Team has a place for you!

How you can help

The Publicity Team is responsible for:

• Developing the logo or identity for auction materials.
• Creating newsletters, fliers and e-mail announcements as needed to promote donations and auction attendance.
• Posting catalog and other announcements on the school’s Web page and keeping it updated.
• Working with the Donations Team to post major donations, live auction items and classroom project photos to generate enthusiasm.
• Designing, producing and distributing invitation and RSVP package.
• Working with the Donations Team to write, edit and proofread printed auction catalog and live-auction-only catalog.
• Designing, producing and distributing printed auction catalog and live-auction-only catalog.
• Creating posters and signs to promote auction and to display at auction site.
• Preparing signage and gift certificates to display at auction.
