How you can help

The Party Planning Team is responsible for:

• Decorating the auction site, including the dining tables, surrounding areas such as the bars, check-in, etc.
• Setting up and displaying silent auction tables, bid boards, and live auction items
• Arranging for entertainment
• Planning video/media show as part of the evening
• Ensuring that child care is available.
• Creating baskets for displaying auction items.
• Assisting our caterer with food and beverage preparation.
