Spring will be in the air, putting a spring in your step. The year will be almost done, expeditions wrapping up. So get ready to step out with old, new and soon-to-be-friends to celebrate the year, our kids’ success and everything that makes Thornton Creek the school it is.

Step Up!
Thornton Creek parents have answered the call and really stepped up this year with exciting new experiences, valuable and useful items, and fun community events. It's not too late! You can step up now as a volunteer to help us handle the myriad tasks we need to accomplish between now and the big night. We have jobs large and small. Can you pick up a donation? Help transport some items? Set up tables? Take a shift as a bartender? Help clean up that night? These are just a few of the positions available. Please contact Anne Van Loen to volunteer.

Step Lightly!
This year our theme is our students’ expeditions and for the first time ever, we have an all-school expedition as well. We aim to follow in our kids’ footsteps, to be greener, to be conscious and conscientious of our carbon footprint, to reduce, reuse, recycle wherever we can.

But what we want most is to see you on the big night, May 2. Whether you come to bid, to share an evening with friends, egg your friends on, or see what the fuss is all about, the auction is a community event, our community. And it isn’t complete without you. So come have something delicious, enjoy some laughs, raise your paddles and go home with one-of-a-kind treasures and a sense of belonging.
