Labor and Employee Relations
Overview
Labor and Employee Relations is responsible for the District's relationship with represented and nonrepresented employees. It is responsible for administering the District's fourteen Collective Bargaining Agreements and policies impacting all employees, including contract grievance procedures, 504 accomodations and allegation of violations of anti-harassment/anti-bullying policies.
Current Initiatives
Labor and Employee Relations is in the process of working with various union colleagues on taskforces implementing recent collective bargaining agreements.

Taskforces with SEA include PG&E (professional growth and evaluation), professional development, and revision of the evaluation tool for SEA classified employees
