Marni Campbell
Executive Director of Schools - Northwest Region
Marni Campbell has been an educator for twenty years, and is committed to the work of creating strong, vibrant, rigorous school communities.
She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies at the University of Washington, where she also earned her principal certification in the Danforth Educational Leadership Program. She earned a master's degree in education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a master's degree in English literature at Brigham Young University.
Ms. Campbell has been an instructional leader in the Seattle School District for ten years, most recently as Executive Director of Special Education, and before that as principal of Nathan Hale High School, Eckstein Middle School, and assistant principal at Mercer Middle School. Ms. Campbell has taught locally at the Lakeside Upper School and at Shoreline and Edmonds Community Colleges.
She is a proud parent of three Seattle Public Schools students.
