Seattle Public Schools students excel at 11th Student Biotech Expo
Seattle Public Schools students from Ballard, Cleveland, Garfield, Ingraham and Roosevelt high schools exceled at the 11th Student Biotech Expo held May 24 at the Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. The expo is the culmination of an innovative yearlong science education outreach program. It engages more than 300 area high school students from 22 schools in real-world applications of new frontiers in biology and builds connections between students, teachers, and scientists.
