Child Care Requests for Proposal (RFP)
This page provides information and links to materials commonly used by external organizations operating school-based programs that provide services to students and families through a Seattle Public School Community Alignment Initiative partnership agreement. Principals, Program Managers, Aligned CBOs
Access to student information and FERPA regulations
Principals, Program Managers, and Community Based Organizations (CBOs) will follow Seattle Public Schools' procedures for CBO access to student records on The Source. Many CBOs, including Community Alignment providers, work with families to support student learning. If the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and District procedures are followed, CBOs may be permitted to have access to The Source for particular students. Read more.....

Annual Renewal Process
Secondary Alignment 2013-2014
Middle and High School and 6th-8th Grade Aligned Programs: Out-of-School Time (OST), Community Learning Centers (CLC), Full Service Community Schools and other afterschool activity programs
Renewal forms and procedures will be posted in April 2013. Forms and procedures will be available on the Community Alignment Partner Renewal Materials page.
Middle and High School and 6th-8th Grade OST, and all CLC Alignment Agreements - Due: tbd dependent on FEL funding
A completed school/provider partnership Alignment Agreement Packets for school year 2013-2014 will include:
- Cover Page w/ School-Program Shared Resources Agreement
- Space Use/Lease Application with attachments
Two (2) complete hard-copy sets of your Alignment Agreement materials must be received by Seattle Schools' Alignment Coordinator on or before the due date. (See Packet Timeline and Cover Page for detailed instruction on submitting packets.)
PreK/Child Care
Alignment Agreement - Revised Due date: May 28, 2013
A completed school/provider partnership Alignment Agreement Packets for school year 2013-2014 will include:
- Cover Page w/ School-Program Shared Resources Agreement
- Agreement Checklist
- Space Use/Lease Application with attachments
Two (2) complete hard-copy sets of participating programs' Alignment Agreement materials must be received by Seattle Schools Alignment Coordinator on or before the due date. (See Packet Timeline and Cover Page for detailed instruction on submitting packets.)
Alignment Plan - Revised Due date: May 28, 2013
A complete school/provider partnership Alignment Plan Packet for school year 2012-2013 will include:

- Alignment Strategic Partnership Plan
Four (4) complete hard-copy sets of participating programs' Alignment Plan materials must be received by Seattle Schools' Alignment Coordinator on or before the due date. (See Packet Timeline for detailed instruction on submitting packets.)
