Login Help For Staff

Staff usernames and passwords for the website are the same as your SPS network username and password.  Please contact The TechLine if you have forgotten your network password. 

Teachers with courses and students assigned to them in eSIS with get Classroom Pages.  Log directly onto your school website to access your Class Pages.  Contact your school Instructional Technologist (IT) for training and Classroom Page support.  Click here for support materials.

Office staff who manage their school website and need assistance should contact the Webmaster.

Managing Your Username and Password - Staff

Staff usernames and passwords for the website are the same as your SPS network username and password.  Please contact The TechLine if you have forgotten your network username or password. 

Staff may change their network password at any SPS computer:

• Log on to a computer at SPS using your network username and password
• Hold down the Ctrl and Alt keys, then tap the Delete key
• Click the Change Password button and follow the steps

Changing Your Username - Staff

Staff usernames are not changed, unless you have had a legal name change.  Please click here for the Address/Name Change Form.  After Human Resources processes your request, The Department of Technology Services staff will create a new network account for you.

Loggin In

Staff log on with their SPS username and password.  Either type your school website url in the address field of your browser or select it from the School Directory menu.

After going to your school website, type your username and password in the fields in the upper, right hand corner, and click Login.

NOTE:  To avoid confusion, please do not log onto the Seattle Public Schools main web page.  Use this page to navigate to your school website.
