You are Protected
It is the policy of the Seattle School Board to encourage its employees to report improper governmental action by District officers or employees and to protect District employees, who make such reports in good faith, from any type of retaliation. It is also the policy of the District to protect from retaliation all employees, parents, students and others who provide information or otherwise participate in an investigation. Employees found to have retaliated against someone in violation of these policies will be subject to discipline up to and including termination.
Retaliation should be promptly reported to the General Counsel or to the Chief Talent Officer.

If you see or suspect ethics violations, misconduct, or illegal activity, talk to your manager or contact the Ethics Officer through any of the methods listed below.
