Reminder: 2011 Summer Semester Program canceled
Families are reminded that District-sponsored, summer-semester programs have been canceled for the 2010-11 year. A March 8 letter was sent out informing families of the cancellation because of the District's significant budget gap.
The District will continue to provide Extended School Year services to students who are eligible. Families can still register for the District's Summer Music Program, which serves Grades 4-8 students. An updated Summer School Resource list is available that includes other summer offerings and programs in the Seattle area. Contact the programs directly for more information.
