Enrollment Reports
The District is required to report all students enrolled on the first day of school of every month in the school year to OSPI on what is known as the SPI-P223 Basica Enrollment report. These data are used by the State to provide basic funding and support to the District. The P223 report asks for an overall District summary by grade of student headcount and FTE, reflected in the following data by the last two columns on the last page of each month's P223 enrollment report. The reports below expand upon what is required by the State for the P223 by also showing monthly enrollment by school, program and gender.
The P223 is due on the tenth working day of each enrollment reporting period. As adjustments to a monthly enrollment count may occur during any time during the school year, these reports show the 'Pre-Adjusted' numbers reflecting enrollment on the first school day of each reporting month.
