Nutrition Services - BBQ Availabilty Calendar
To reserve a BBQ date please contact Nutrition Services at:
weweyer@seattleschools.org. We will confirm your reservation by return email.
The following calendar for May and June are designed to help building staff plan for lunch time BBQ events. There is a limit of 4 Elementary BBQ's on any given day. Please note, this includes events planned as indoor vs. outdoor (ie utilizing a gas or charcoal grill).
It is the responsibility of the school to secure their own grill if that is the method of cooking you intend. Nutrition Services will provide charcoal and lighter fluid. There are elementary and secondary schools in the district who own their own grills that may be willing to loan them out.
