I have a specific concern
Speaking directly with the teacher or other staff member involved is often the quickest, easiest way to a solution. It's easy for a lack of communication or incorrect information to create problems. That's why we recommend customers first attempt to address their concern directly with the staff member involved.
If you are not satisfied with the results of your own efforts, or if you are not comfortable handling the problem yourself, please contact us. We can:
- Help you clarify the nature of the problem;
- Present your concern to the appropriate staff member;
- Work with all parties to reach a satisfactory solution.
