The Small Works Roster process as authorized by RCW 39.04.155 may be used to secure bids or quotes for the District's Small Works construction projects estimated to cost $200,000 or less. Businesses with annual revenues of less than $1,000,000 may also be eligible to compete for Small Works projects estimated to cost $35,000 or less.
Contractors will not be placed on the Small Works Roster unless they are prequalified and submit a completed, signed application to the District. Click here for the Small Works Application.
