Forgotten Password
Students
Student passwords for SchoolFusion are the same as your network password. To change your network password, log onto a district networked computer. After logging on with your old password, hold down the CTR+ALT+DELETE keys on the keyboard. Click change password. After you change your password, you will be able to log into SchoolFusion with your new password.Note: If you have never logged on to the network before, you will be prompted to update your network password the first time you log on to the network. Only after you log on to the network for the first time and update your password, will you be able to log on to SchoolFusion.
For forgotten student network usernames or passwords:
- Secondary students, see your school librarian.
- Elementary students, see your teacher.
Parents
Parent and guardian usernames and passwords are managed by The Source.If you have forgotten, or need to reset your password, please go to The Source logon screen:

Please click the Reset Password link and follow the steps to reset your password.
If that does not work for you, or if you have forgotten your username, please email sourcesupport@seattleschools.org the following information so we can manually reset your password or remind you of your username:
- Your student's full name
- Your student's 7 digit Seattle Schools student ID#
- Your student's date of birth
- The school your student attends
- What you would like the password to be
Note: It takes a day after you reset your password for the change to be reflected in your school website log on.
Staff
Staff passwords for SchoolFusion are the same as your network password. To change your network password, log onto a district networked computer. After logging on with your old password, hold down the CTR+ALT+DELETE keys on the keyboard. Click change password.
