Kim Whitworth’s career in education began in 1994 and since then she has brought a singular dedication to the classrooms, schools and communities at which she has served.
After teaching math and debate at Inglewood Junior High in the Lake Washington School District, Kim returned to Seattle in 2002 and taught math at Ballard High School. As executive director of the Northeast Region, Kim works with principals and instructional leaders to increase
student achievement and address opportunity gaps.
