Graduation/Attendance Verification

If you need graduation or attendance verification for a former student, please send a FAX using your company letterhead to Student Records (206) 252-0786 and include the following information:

• Your name, firm, telephone number and address.
• Your telephone number (including area code and extension) FAX number, or e-mail address where you can be reached in case we have any questions about your request.
• Name and birth date of former student (be sure to give the name used while in school).
• School(s) and graduation or attendance date(s) to be verified.
  

OUR FAXED RESPONSE WILL INCLUDE BILLING FOR A VERIFICATION FEE TO BE MAILED TO SEATTLE PUBLIC SCHOOLS, STUDENT RECORDS.
