In the email, please include:
Your name and relationship to the student
Your student's full name
7 digit Seattle Schools student ID# (found on
your enrollment paperwork, report card or official school mailing.
If you have none of these items, you or your student may also ask
someone at their school)
Your student's date of birth
Your student's school
Upon receipt of this information, we'll email your Source
registration code!
