Vaccine Availability Update


H1N1 (Swine Flu) Virus

For all students, families and staff at Seattle Public Schools: Everyone is encouraged to continue prevention measures, including covering coughs and sneezes, washing hands, and staying home if you are sick. Seattle Public Schools wants to remind families, staff and students to take prevention steps to stay safe:
* Sneeze or cough into a tissue, elbow or sleeve. Throw the tissue away.
* Wash your hands often with soap and water, especially after you cough or sneeze.
* Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth.
* If you are sick, stay home.

Department of Early Learning (DEL) revised guidelines on the use hand sanitizer products for children in DEL-licensed child care centers.
