Goals

1) Maintain and/or improve processes for procuring and delivering goods and services throughout the District.

2) Develop new processes in collaboration with our customers that will reduce overall cost to the District.

3) Serve as a resource to internal and external customers through open exchanges regarding District Purchasing policies and procedures.

4) Attract, develop and maintain a professional, knowledgeable and diverse staff with an emphasis on a team approach to customer service.
