ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

IF your child qualifies for free or reduced price meals, there may be benefits such as discounts or $0.00 cost available to them for additional school services. Ask your school for more information as not all benefits are available at each school.

• Advanced Placement Tests

• Running Start books

• Athletic Fees

• Associated Student Body (ASB) fee

• Event fees

• Pre-college exams (PSAT/SAT/ACT)

• College Application Fees

• All-day kingergarten tuition

• Field trips

• Summer programs and camps

• Medical, dental and vision fees

If your child qualifies for free and reduce meal benefits and you would like them to receive any of the benefits above, you must complete PAGE ONE of the Free and Reduced Application Packet.

CHECK the box by EACH BENEFIT you are interested in. This gives school officials permission to use the information you provide on the application for free and reduced meals to determine your child(ren)'s eligibility for these school benefits.

Your signature and date are required in the space provided to validate the request.
