Parent Advisory Council (PAC)

Parents are encouraged to learn about all aspects of their children’s education and to become active in Parent Advisory Councils (PACs). Parent Coordinators from Migrant Education Program (MEP) regional offices work closely with the local PACs, attending their meetings and offering regional conferences aimed at meeting the needs of migrant parents and students, both in school and at home. In Seattle, our activities and events include parenting classes, a health fair, and academic workshops.

Updated July 29, 2005
