Technology Projects - Project Management Office

The Project Management Office is responsible for the implementation of significant components of the Seattle School District's Technology Master Plan necessary for building a 21st century teaching and learning system. Through the use and maximization of technology, we will improve the learning experience of students and enhance the efficiency with which our education professionals perform their duties. The projects include the installation of a wide area network and Internet access, installation of classroom computers and providing student and teacher computers, District-wide e-mail, implementation of student, teaching and achievement resource system (STARS eSIS), and the implementation and operation of community training centers and educational web sites.
