Building Administrator Hiring
Seattle Public Schools
has launched the 2008-2009 Principal/Assistant Principal hiring
process. We are seeking dynamic and skilled leaders who want to
work in a progressive, urban school system. Our Principals and
Assistant Principals provide leadership, inspire excellence in a
diverse student population and build relationships in the community
so that all students have an equal opportunity to learn and be
productive.
Required: MA in
Education or related field, and three (3) years of successful
certificated school experience plus Washington State
Administrator’s certificate or the ability to obtain one by
September 1, 2008. Salary range is $96,504 - $115, 352 for
Principals and $88,458 - $101,104 for Assistant Principals. (based
on 2007-2008 salaries and grade assignment).
