Small Works Roster
Notice to Contractors 

Seattle Public Schools (the District) is soliciting contractors interested in qualifying for placement on the District's 2010 Small Works Roster. The Small Works Roster process as authorized by RCW 39.04.155 may be used to secure bids or quotes for the District's Small Works construction projects estimated to cost $200,000 or less. Businesses with annual revenues of less than $1,000,000 may also be eligible to compete for Small Works projects estimated to cost $35,000 or less. 

Contractors will not be placed on the Small Works Roster unless they are prequalified and submit a completed, signed application to the District. This application is available at http://www.seattleschools.org/area/purchasing/SmallWorksApplication.pdf. 

All contractors currently on the roster will need to submit anew application to continue to be considered for Small Works Roster project opportunities. The Small Works Roster that the District currently uses will become obsolete as of January 19, 2010.
