Maintenance Services
strives to maintain a healthy, safe and secure learning environment
for all schools and buildings of the Seattle Public Schools.
Composed of licensed electricians and plumbers, skilled carpenters,
experienced painters, heating and cooling specialists and laborers,
the Maintenance Services manages a full-range of projects and
services throughout the District skillfully and
cost-effectively. It is responsible for maintaining more than
105 district facilities, including schools, interim sites,
administrative buildings, and five stadiums. Maintenance
Services ensures each facility and every piece of equipment will
provide the function it was installed to do. Maintenance
Services provides responsive, customer focused, facilities repair
and services.
