Facilities Planning
determines facilities needs, develops
capital improvement programs, develops standards, updates
District's Facilities Master Plan, manages facilities database and
web site, analyzes space utilization in schools, coordinates
environmental review process for capital projects, submits landmark
nominations to the City of Seattle Landmarks Preservation Board,
works with other governmental agencies on the projects related to
District properties and responds to requests for information to
community groups on capital projects.
