Construction Management supervises the design process, reviews designs, and implements and manages the entire construction process.  Construction programs include the Building Excellence Program (BEX), as well as the Buildings, Technology, and Academics Program (BTA).

Heery International and DKA also provide construction management services such as cost estimating, scheduling, budget tracking and contractor coordination.
