Acknowledgements

The struggle to live in an anti-racist world is the struggle for our children.

In acknowledging people who have influenced this work, it is important to remember the activism in the past that led to the existence of this department, and all those involved in the ongoing efforts to combat racism, discrimination, and related intolerance.

We Remember:

The heroic struggle of all people against racism; as well as those that have fought for equality and justice under democratic development, the rule of law with respect for human rights. This includes those that have died in the struggle and those that are continuing to fight against racism and for a society that values ethnic and cultural diversity.
