Seattle Public Schools is looking for a dynamic arts education professional. The Community Arts Liaison will work closely with the Visual and Performing Arts Manager to expand arts education opportunities for K-12 students. The selected candidate will consult and work collaboratively with visual and performing arts cultural partners. They will also provide planning and professional development support to the districts teaching and administrative staff, solicit and manage grant funding, implement and support opportunities to share students? arts learning district-wide, and develop systems to increase communication with arts education stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: arts program management, teaching, fundraising, and providing professional development for adult learners. The ideal candidate will also have strong connections to the Seattle arts community.
