School Support and Services

City Campus

  1. Students who are interested in City Campus programs (Health Occupations, Automotive Collision, and C-West) pick up an application from the Career Center Specialists (CCS).
  2. The students consult with their counselor and check to see that the City Campus program fits into their graduation plan.
  3. With their counselor's approval, the student requests that the City Campus class be placed on their schedule at the appropriate time block.
  4. The completed application is turned in to the CCS who sends it to the Dept. of Career and Technical Education.
  5. A letter is sent notifying the student that they have been accepted into the City Campus class.
  6. The CCS is the liaison between the Dept. of CTE and City Campus students.
  7. The City Campus registrar enters grades.
